Doellken-Woodtape is now DORUS® exclusive distributor of Adhesives for Edgebanding in North America.
DORUS® products provide total solutions, including innovative technology permanently adjusted to the latest woodworking requirements. As a result, Doellken-Woodtape has extended its stock program for Edgebanding Adhesives and offers now two cutting-edge PUR adhesive systems in cartridges for Holzher edgebanders and in pellets for straightline edgebanders as well as CNC controlled BAZ machines.
Especially in areas with high humidity contents found in bathrooms or kitchens or heat exposure during transportations of furniture to Southern destinations during the summer months, PUR adhesives are a perfect solution. The mechanical bonding between the Edgebanding and the panel is built during the adhesive cross-linking process and makes the adhesion permanent, avoiding delamination.
