SEALING AND DAMPING EDGEBANDING
Doellken-Woodtape, a leading supplier of Polymer and Melamine Edgebanding and DORUS® Adhesive in North America has increased its stock program offering in Door and Dustguard Edgebanding for cabinetmakers. The new program includes now eight items in four different colors matching standard cabinet laminates in offices, kitchens and institutions. The product is suited for frameless cabinetry consisting of ¾" cabinet panels. Doellken-Woodtape is adopting the requirements of cabinetmakers to soften the closure of the cabinet door and additionally, the product will minimize the penetration of dust into the inside of the cabinetry. Once applied onto the cabinet, Door and Dustguard Edgebandings become an integral part of the cabinet. Door and Dustguard Edgebandings can be applied on all regular edgebanders with minor or no changes in machinery setup. The application of the product does not require any changes in design or construction of the cabinet.
